Yes, Focused Foundations can offer personalised support, more tailored to your needs, through our individual sessions.

How much do sessions with Focused Foundations cost?

Session fees vary depending on the type of service being sought. Please contact us for more information if you are interested. Medicare rebates may also be available with a referral from your GP. Private health rebates may also available depending on your provider and level of coverage.

How can I prepare for my appointment with Focused Foundations?
To prepare for your appointment with Focused Foundations, we recommend completing the intake form and reviewing our resources and services. Make a list of questions or goals you would like to discuss during your appointment. Our practitioners are here to support you!

What if I am unable to attend during the available group sessions?

Please contact us to discuss group session bookings as we will be keeping expression of interest lists and may add additional sessions if there is sufficient demand. Individual sessions may be able to be organised outside of bookable group sessions by arrangement with the practitioner. Telehealth or video conferencing may also be available.

My education or support need is not currently offered.
